Hey guys, its that time of the week again
I’ve got a TRX Medley for you, I used to refer to these as circuits as you can see in the title, but I think medley reflects how nice these exercises flow into one another.
This one is a push up combined with leg abduction and finished with a pike up

This one is pretty self explanatory and there isn’t anything too tricky about it, its a solid group of movements that will build your upper body, hip and core strength all within a few seconds. Add it into your TRX Arsenal and see what it can do for you!
