Hey guys we’re back with another TRX Exercise of the Week
This week we’re looking at a pretty advanced leg exercise and that’s the plyometric pistol. Aside from having a cool alliteration to it, this exercise will develop really strong legs and glutes.

Warning: This exercise is NOT for beginners and NOT for people with knee problems, if your patella tracking is off and you jump up and land in that deep of a knee bend you’re asking for trouble.
If you have a high enough strength level and are healthy enough, give this one a shot and DON’T call me in the morning … I’m sure you’ll be sore as hell and the call would involve calling me names that would hurt my feelings.
