The TRX suspension trainer is a great workout tool that I personally use and reccomend. It can be put up almost anywhere and a wide variety of exercises and workouts can be performed on it. Its an all in one home gym in a bag!

This site is a tremendous resource to be able to view descriptions and animations of many exercises. Exercises can be found by name or by the muscle they exercise.

EliteFTS Lift Strong Gear
This site sells some really cool looking t-shirts, shaker bottles, bracelets, etc. All of the proceeds go to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Good gear for a great cause!
