You’ve probably heard about “bootcamp” workouts that involve some guy who looks like a drill sergeant yelling at a bunch of scared people as they do jumping jacks. Well if you’re looking for that I’m sure you can find it somewhere, but that’s just not my style.

Classes are held to single digit attendees to ensure that there is proper instruction and form for all exercises. This enables everyone to get the most out of each workout and keeps everyone safe. The classes are much closer to a semi-private class than a large impersonal group class.

You will use a combination of conditioning work, strength movements and core exercises to get a complete workout each time you come.

Classes are held five days a week and run for 50 minutes of heart pumping, fast moving, fun and challenging exercise.
